Customer Service Manager

CorTech is hiring a Customer Service Manager for a 3 month contract position. This position can run longer, and turn into a full time offer. The position is located in Stoughton, MA, and hours run from 8am to 5pm, Monday - Friday.

Customer Service Manager Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and accurate information as requested by customer (Order status, shipping info etc..)
• Process customer orders with all paperwork checked before sending into production
• Foreseeing potential problems (production loading, lack of raw material) before they happen
• Resolve customer complaints or order changes
• Coordinating ship dates with planning
• Work with Credit Department setting up new customers
• Communicate cancellations or changes in orders with related departments (internal and external)
• Ensure the delivery commitment to customer is met
• Remove obstacles when customer request a rush order (5 days or less of lead-time)
• Issue RMA (returns)
• Issue Credits/Debits

Pay Range: $21.00-$25.00 per HR
