Talent Acquisition Program Specialist - Skilled Trades **OPPORTUNITY TO BE REMOTE**

As a Talent Acquisition Program Specialist-Skilled Labor at United Rentals, you will support the talent acquisition of skilled labor strategy initiatives for the Company. You will manage our skilled labor recruiting programs nationally and provide day to day support for internal recruiting staff supporting such roles. You will also partner with regions and corporate management to identify and respond to talent and workforce planning needs relative to skilled labor.

Additional duties include the following:
  • Maintain current and identify new acquiring talent programs focusing on skilled labor
  • Assist with establishing and building national relationships with technical schools, labor programs and organizations to recruit talent into the organization
  • Offer creative solutions to expand efforts to identify and develop skilled labor talent
  • Develop and ensure execution of the strategy for targeting skilled labor, building programs that attracts talent and focuses on development once on board
  • Partner with branch and corporate leadership, as well as the recruitment team, to drive the skilled labor recruiting strategy and efforts
  • Responsible for the oversight of any vendor relationship or initiatives relative to building on skilled labor strategy
  • Other duties assigned as needed

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in the area of Human Resources, Business or a related field
  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience in a high paced, service oriented work environment
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Offer creative solutions
  • Ability to use good judgement
  • Strong customer service, leadership and problem solving skills
  • Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
