Infrastructure Project Manager (AS0003XQ) - ERC

The duties of the Infrastructure Project Manager will oversee and manage assigned infrastructure projects for the IRES contract. Responsibilities include ensuring subcontractor requirements are completed as required by the statement of work and final bid documents. Completing detailed peer reviews of blue prints and project specifications. Development of infrastructure project statements of work. Coordination with IRES contracting for project solicitations and change orders. Coordination of base access for subcontractors. Management of infrastructure as-built designs. Ensuring all project sites are safety compliant and all subcontractors are properly briefed and maintain safety compliance. Direct interface with the Government customer. Direct interface with the Facilities Operation and Maintenance personnel. Design electrical and architectural modifications. 

Basic Requirements: High School diploma and 12 years of general experience or an Associate’s degree and 10 years general experience or a Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of general experience. Requires 6 years of applicable related experience and 3 years in a management or leadership role. 6 years of continuous construction project management assignments, with a minimum of 4 years DOD experience. Current driver’s license and dependable transportation with current registration and insurance. Able to pass pre-employment and random drug testing. Current DOD Secret Clearance that has been active within the last two years. Project estimating experience, specifically DOD Government projects. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat.  The normal working hours are 7:00 am-3:30 pm M-F but flexible work schedules are sometimes necessary with starting and ending times varying by two hours. Able to support 2nd and 3rd shift hours when required. Holidays and weekends could be required, project specific.
