Bentley's Grill offers comfortable fine dining in an elegant atmosphere in the heart of downtown Salem. The menu features Northwest ingredients with items to include fresh seasonal seafood, artfully presented salads such as our Ahi Nicoise Salad with Fresh Greens, Roasted Potatoes and Ahi Tuna seared rare or a choice steak like our Filet Mignon served with a Forest Mushroom Demi Glace. Our show kitchen features a brick oven for artisan pizzas and a rotisserie for tender chicken and choice specialty entrees.
