Channel Development Manager I

Job Description:

Channel Development Manager I

  • Selected candidate will be part of the Consumer Local Marketing Programs team within the Financial Center and Field Sales Marketing organization.
  • Responsible for managing local market programs that drive client and prospect engagement and ultimately sales for our LOB field sales partners, including Financial Center, Small Business and Home Loans.
  • Will develop marketing campaigns and lead integrated programs to deliver optimized client experiences that support location seeker strategies.
  • Lead creative development partnering with segment, enterprise and channel marketing as well as creative agencies.  Communicate marketing plans with line of business field partners. 
  • Manage partners/vendors who represent onsite activations, ensuring  delivery of our  brand voice and client experience
  • Able to report out on ROI, determine best practices and make strategic changes for future programs
  • Assist on our cross channel, local market and financial center integrated campaigns – as needed. 
  • Participate in research (VOA/VOC/usability) to inform market/program strategies and decisions
  • Occasional travel required to manage onsite program activities with LOB sales partners 

Required Skills:

  • BS/BA degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Product Management, Channel Management and/or Sales
  • Past experience managing agency partnerships
  • Project management experience
  • Proven ability to drive process improvement
  • Ability to build customer/client driven environments
  • Proactive - Consistently raises the bar
  • Ability to build cross-enterprise partnerships
  • Ability to handle multiple and competing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work across multiple teams to resolve complex problems
  • Flexible, team player
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
