Service Delivery Coordinator


Remote (Work from Home)
10 - 20% anticipated travel

You will work as part of a team to drive consultant, client, and project success. You are responsible for resource management for assigned engagements. You will ensure consultants are successful, engaged and delivering high quality services to our clients, and are successfully redeployed at the end of their assignments. Reporting into the Enterprise Services Manager and working with the Engagement Managers (or Service Delivery Leaders) and Client Account Directors, you will build relationships with an assigned set of customers, and will contribute to regular communication with the clients about their expectations, status, performance and needs of the engagement. You will work with the Recruitment and Onboarding organizations to ensure staffing of projects is timely, appropriate and adequate, and that consultants are delivering high quality, efficient service. You will develop relationships with the consultant team and ensure their issues are understood, appropriately directed and resolved. You will ensure that consultants understand and adhere to the requirements for reporting, labor claiming, site policies (if applicable) and any other requirements of the assignment, client or location.



  • Coordinate with the Service Delivery Leader / Engagement Manager, Client Account Director, Project Manager and other practice management to maintain resource forecasts consistent with practice sales pipeline; ensure project staff are available to ramp up per plan, maintain a pipeline of candidates and referrals
  • Understand client fit and expectations for consultants
  • Initiate timely backfill and other staffing requests in Bullhorn, and screen candidates for fit prior to client submission, and coordinate interviews between client and candidates (ensuring candidates are clear on interview method, time, location, background etc).
  • Propose and manage initiatives to reduce attrition, increase remarketing and maintain high engagement and morale of consultant staff

Consultant Management

  • Develop and maintain onboarding materials to quickly orient consultants to the expectations and standards of the engagement (workspace, dress standards, labor reporting, emergency information etc).
  • Develop 30/60/90 plan for new consultants to ramp up expectations and program (with Service Delivery Lead/Project Manager and client), ensure consultants complete any orientation, learning or client expectations
  • Ensure labor reporting (both Experis and client - if applicable) is completed on time and accurately
  • Ensure travel (if applicable) is appropriately approved and expenses are claimed timely. Maintain approval records.
  • Become an expert in Experis and Manpower Group's HR processes, tools and materials. Help consultants with questions and appropriately refer them as needed. Promote the benefits Experis offers to consultants (eg: PowerYOU)
  • Appropriately address consultant issues, escalating where appropriate.
  • Maintain reminders for consultant roll-offs to enable 90/60/30 day reminders and remarketing efforts


  • Provide hours and expense reporting and forecasts to Service Delivery Lead or Project Manager for financial reporting
  • Provide 90/60/30 day reminders for terming consultants
  • Develop profiles (including updated resume) for consultant remarketing list and Recruitment
  • Attrition and time to hire metrics for the engagement


  • Proficiency in Office 365 (MS Office Suite).
  • Highly organized and able to work independently.
  • 1 - 2 years of prior experience in an administrative or coordination role.
  • HS Diploma
  • Experience in event management highly preferred.
