HR Employee Relations Associate (Remote)

A New York City healthcare company is currently seeking a new HR Employee Relations Associate for a great Remote opportunity with their growing staff. In this role, the HR Employee Relations Associate (Remote) will be responsible for working across HR Shared Services, supporting COVID related work, including but not limited to: managing the testing process; reviewing & managing employee uploaded workday vaccination status and managing approval to be in the field and/or office; and, responding to related employee inquiries and questions.

Responsibilities:

The HR Employee Relations Associate (Remote) will:

  • Respond to inquiries within ServiceNow on general COVID questions
  • Support the medical and religious COVID accommodation request process by tracking requests, summarizing requests, and preparing information for committee review
  • Review warnings drafted by managers and edit them for the ER Managers to review
  • Assist, when needed, with COVID crisis tasks, resolving, opening and/or closing
  • Run reports and create dashboards for monthly ER/HRBP meetings
  • Provide additional support as needed on HR Compliance efforts
  • Provide other support as needed
Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of Human Resources experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and/or a related field
  • Experience in a high-volume Operational setting
  • Experience in Employee Relations and/or Project Work
  • Microsoft Excel (Pivots, V-Lookups, etc.) experience
  • Solid problem solving and time management skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skill (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with Workday and ServiceNow
