Customer Service Associate

Our client, a well-known product services company, is seeking an organized and positive Customer Services Associate to help manage and be the support for their growing customer base. The role is ideal for someone who has customer service or retail experience and looking to join a company where growth within is expected!

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Associate must be a positive and proactive member of the team who actively enjoys helping our client’s customer base. The Customer Service Associate should be hardworking and able to multitask while keeping an eye for detail. Being a good team player is necessary for this Customer Service Associate position!

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate:

  • Email, phone and chat support
  • Provide the utmost customer experience
  • Build a strong understanding of product knowledge
  • Flexible schedule to help out when needed

Qualifications for the Customer Service Associate:

  • Must have 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Flexibility and proactive nature to help out the team
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Firm understanding of proper phone etiquette

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred


  • Atrium Care package available, upon eligibility
