Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Remote)

A professional services firm in Connecticut is currently seeking a new Talent Acquisition Recruiter for a promising Remote position with their growing staff. Working closely with the Recruiting Lead and Talent team, the Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for filling positions in a timely fashion within the designated areas of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Remote) will be responsible for:

  • Providing recruiting support to leaders and professionals
  • Sourcing talented candidates
  • Maintaining and assisting with various administrative responsibilities and other projects, as necessary

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of high-volume Recruiting experience
  • Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Solid experience in Sourcing, Interviewing/Screening, and Candidate Management
  • General knowledge of Labor and Employment laws
  • Significant experience utilizing creative resources and techniques to source candidates necessary
  • Prior project management and superior negotiation skills
  • Microsoft Office/Suite proficient (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Exceptional phone etiquette
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized

Desired Skills

  • Previous in a Professional Services setting
  • Experience with Recruiting software
  • Working knowledge of Taleo
