    Joining the iLoveKickboxing family was the best decision of my life! Everyone is so welcoming there it makes it easy to show up to class. Not to mention the killer workouts every single time I'm there! My abs burn for days but I can really feel the progress. I'll have my summer bod in no time with iLoveKickboxing!

    I joined because I was looking for something more than the average gym routine. I wanted something FUN and MOTIVATING and I found it here. The class structure is great: 15 min intense warm-up, bag work, then partner work = 1 hr class. The instructors are also really motivating. Overall a great studio, glad I found it!

    ILoveKickboxing 43rd St has motivated me to work harder than I ever have. I used to run competitively and dance, but even those workouts do not compare to every session at ILKB. The instructors are wonderful: they are always willing to correct your form, offer modifications, and push you to your limits (something that's really tough to do solo). I'm grateful every time I go to a class, and leave with a bright smile on my face. The improvements in my mood, energy, and body are priceless.

    AMAZING workout and so much fun! All the instructors are super friendly and willing to answer questions/give tips both on and off the mat. Buy the wraps if you're going to be going more than 3 days a week because it could definitely take a toll on your hands/wrists. Make sure you have enough energy when you go because the first fifteen minutes is a crazy cardio warm up!

    It all started with a Groupon to get some friends to bond through exercise. Two of us signed up and I am so glad we did. I've always wanted to try kickboxing and this workout has been a great way to get active again and wake up the dormant muscles. The workouts are intense but fun and the instructors are very friendly and engaging. All levels of experience are welcome. Stop by and check it out, I'm sure you will be glad you did.

    Real results. I had NEVER thought of doing something like kickboxing before my friend asked me to go with her. It was a lot of fun, but on top of that I could not believe how quick the results came. The workouts are VERY hard at first, but once you get passed the initial hump they get easier and you realize how much progress you've made.

    Signed up from a friend referral/Groupon. Had the pleasure of having Jenna as my personal trainer, she was really friendly/attentive. The class rocked! They push you in the best way possible. Just signed up for a 7 month membership this morning, can't wait to see what's ahead for my fitness journey :)

    I have been going to ILoveKickBoxing Midtown east for three months now, and I have to say that it's one of the best decisions I've ever made! I look forward to each session with a little dread because it's tough, but mostly with excitement because it's fun and challenging and I always leave with a sense of accomplishment! The instructors are tough and motivating but very friendly and they make you feel comfortable. I've done gym memberships in the past and went for a few weeks then just lost interest. ILoveKickBoxing keeps me coming back, and I know this is something that I will stick with for as long as I can throw a punch and kick up some roundhouses!

    Was looking for an intense workout and I got it with ilovekickboxing! Like everyone else I've always looked for the easy way to shred some pounds but with ilovekickboxing I've learned to LOVE the pain because I love the results! One of the best fitness decisions I have ever made! Plus the crew and instructors at the 43rd street location are the best! Makes you want to come back 5 minutes after you left!

    I found ilovekickboxing through a groupon deal. During my first session I was immediately hooked. I became a member in October 2015. The classes are AMAZING! I look forward to going to class. About 15-20 min of cardo strength training, , and then we are kicking and boxing. Loads of fun, and what a workout. I love the staff! Everyone is funny and very unique, super friendly and so happy. I feel very comfortable and everyone is friendly. Ilovekickboxing - since joining I have seen a tremendous change in my body I am really happy here.

    I've been coming to this kickboxing studio for almost two years and I have nothing but good thins to say about this place. First you start with an intense 15 minute "warm-up" which includes running, burpees, lunges, ab workouts, pushups, mountain climbers, etc. Then you stretch then the real fun begins. 6 - 3 minutes rounds of punching and kicking the bag. the instructors are all great and always walk around and give you tips on how to better improve your form. You also get to meet some really great people that keep you motivated during the workout

    A good friend introduced me to the ILoveKickBoxing family in July 2015 and it has been a Great! experience. The Workout starts with an intense 15min full body workout. Then a 6-7min stretch. Then we get to hit shit 6-3min rounds of jabs, crosses, upper cuts, hooks, round house kicks combinations. This fun is taught by several Awesome! instructors who each bring something different to their workout. They are always ready to help with perfecting the techniques and reaching your goals. If you are looking for a Great! workout to help with losing weight, strengthening your core or just to get in shape. I think you should try ILoveKickBoxing.

    I've been a member of ILKB in Great Neck since December it is the best decision I've made. I've belonged to many gyms and have taken many group classes but this by far is the best. All the instructors and members are fantastic...they are more of a family (not intimidating at all) and want you to succeed as much as you want you. Any time i've ever asked a questions whether it was while we were working with the bags or after class about health tips, the instructors we're very friendly and helpful. And if you're a member of a corporate location you have access to the other corporate locations as well. I cannot say enough good things about this place. You won't be disappointed if you are looking for a fun workout to burn a lot of calories and keep you on your toes.

    Awesome gym, the people who work there really take there time to teach you the steps and treat you like family, I love going back and even if it's a new instructor it feels like you've known them for a while, they the gym itself is beautiful and clean

    This is for the ILKB HARLEM location! This is quite possibly the best gym for a full body workout. The workout is an intense, calorie burning 1 hour class. The instructors are there to guide you through if you need help and support you every step of the way too! The place is very clean, smells nice and so friendly. Not to mention the members are great too! Loving every minute and so glad i made the decision to join.

    I can't say enough positive things about my time spent at ILKB Midtown East. As a dancer and overall fitness lover,  I am always looking for new  and exciting workout routines to challenge me and keep me motivated.  After almost 2 years of membership I have to say I think I have found my dream workout.  The instructors are passionate, well educated, and attentive, always eager to offer advice to improve your technique and help you reach your fitness goals. The members are kind and super supportive, making you feel like you are a part of a family. The workouts are hard and will push you to your limits. At the end of that hour though, you leave that mat feeling stronger both mentally and physically and are ready to take on the world. This is a place that molds people into badasses, and I am proud to be one of them.

    There's absolutely nothing like the experience you'll have at ILKB. The Instructors are motivating. The members are cool. The music is pumping. Just an overall, positive atmosphere. Not to mention, you begin to see results and muscle gain shortly after you begin. Its not easy, but its worth every penny!

    I love this studio! I bought a class bundle on Gilt and signed up for a membership after my first class. The staff at this gym are so nice and friendly and really care about the progress of every individual. I really feel like I am part of an exclusive fight club family here. The studio itself is very clean and the bathrooms are stocked with toiletries.I would recommend this work out to anyone! It is a fun way to get into shape and I leave every class feeling like a total badass!

    iLoveKickboxing has consistently given me the best workouts I have ever tried. Each class challenges you in new ways, makes you work hard, and motivates you to be better, faster, stronger. The staff is super friendly and supportive throughout the workout. They get everybody’s energy up through class to great music and hilarious commentary (they keep us laughing, that’s for sure!). I love going to ILKB.. I have never felt so empowered in my own strength!

    Iovekickboxing on 43rd street is in the neighborhood and has quickly become my favorite workout, that has helped me get closer to my fitness goals. I was gifted 10 classes and received a pair of free gloves and a comprehensive evaluation along with lots of personalized attention on my first day. I was very excited to sign up and I am a satisfied customer always happy to get up early in the morning to start my day with the energetic staff. it is a fantastic hour long sweat sesh, the instructors are motivational helpful professionals and I am always delighted to recommend this location when asked what has noticeably changed about my workout routine

    I have been coming to ILKB Midtown for just over a year and its the best decision I could have made for my fitness and health. With consistency you will see results. The instructors are great, full of positive energy and motivating. Great music is always playing. It is a fun way to burn calories, get in shape and relieve stress by punching a bag!
