Recruiting Specialist

We are working with a client in the Los Angeles area who is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to help assist and run the recruiting for their contingent labor department. As a Recruitment Specialist for contingent labor, your main responsibilities will be to act as a liaisons between the company and staffing agencies to fill contingent labor recruitment needs. Job Specifications:

  • Act as the liaison between the company and all of the staffing agencies they use for contingent labor
  • Reviewing agency contracts, and making recommendations to hiring managers
  • Help with all recruitment efforts
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Sociology, Psychology or relevant experience
  • 3 - 4 years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience (preferably focused on contingent labor engagements within a complex scaling, a staffing agency, or a startup); or equivalent experience
  • Expereince with an ATS system
