Our clients are the foundation of our Firm. We put you first. We use our decades of direct experience in Immigration Law to work on each case in a collaborative, team approach. We ensure that our case preparation, process and even our communications with our clients are focused on ensuring that you know and understand what we are doing for you, why we are doing it, and when it will be done.

Charles Kuck is the Managing Partner of Kuck Immigration Partners, and oversees its nationwide immigration practice. He is the past National President of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the past President of the Alliance of Business Immigration Lawyers (ABIL). Mr. Kuck has testified in Congress, fought against anti-immigrant legislation and serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Emory Law School.

With this wealth of experience, Mr. Kuck and his partners have created a unique immigration law firm. One dedicated to fighting for all immigrants. One dedicated to continuing and growing the American Dream for the next generation of immigrants. Kuck Immigration Partners’ experienced attorneys and paralegals assist employers and employees with business and professional visas, labor certifications, immigrant visas, consular representation, and citizenship matters before the USCIS. The firm’s attorneys are also well known and respected advocates for our clients. We represent people in the defense of ICE I-9 audits and Department of Labor (DOL) Audits. We fiercely defend our clients in Immigration Court. We have filed and won hundreds of asylum cases over the last 25 years. And, we zealously advocate for immigration reform and the rights of immigrants at every opportunity.
