  • ½ Pound of wheat flour
  • 1 Pinch of salt
  • ½ Cup of powdered sugar
  • 6 ounces of butter
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ Pound of confectioner’s milk caramel  


Sift the solids in a bowl. Add cold butter chopped into squares and join together to form a grainy mixture. Add eggs to form a homogeneous mass and place in fridge for approximately 30 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap.

Stretch dough with rolling pin into short discs, two inches in diameter. Place in greased cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 350 F and bake for approximately 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool.

Join discs together with lots of milk caramel in between (Confectioner’s is much better!).  Another choice is Nutella or any other cream based topping you might like!
