Ingredients for 4 to 6 servings:

  • 7 passion fruits
  • 1 can (14 oz.) of condensed milk
  • 1 cup of heavy milk cream
  • 1 ¾ oz. Of pineapple jelly

Preparation:

Begin by blending passion fruit. Strain and set juice aside. In a clean container blend juice, condense milk and cream without beating. For more consistency, add pineapple jelly (previously hydrated in warm water.) Pour in cups or small glasses and let cool for at least 1 hour. You can decorate with whipped cream and passion fruit seeds. (Use the ones you strained after blending).
