90 grams of butter

100 grams of powdered sugar

1 egg yolk

Vanilla essence

120 grams of flour

½ Kilo of Caramel

300 grams of milk covered chocolate



In a bowl, add creamy butter and sugar. Blend together until a paste is formed.

Add yolk, vanilla essence and finally flour until a homogenous mass is achieved.

Let rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Then stretch and cut into 3 cm caps.

Spread on clean plate and bake on moderate temperature until a base is formed and they are golden brown.

Remove from oven and let cool on plate. Once cool remove from plate.

For the filling, add caramel to pastry bag with thick straight spout. Make a tuft on each cap. Distribute cones on a plate and freeze for 15 minutes until the sweet is firm.

Then put on a rack and bathe in melted chocolate. Chocolate should be almost cold.

Enjoy a scrumptious dessert!
