We are looking for someone who has strong listening skills and can resolve all customer service related issues and can offer unique and helpful solutions. As a Customer service representative, you will be in charge of managing our customers’ accounts and helping them resolve any related questions, concerns, or issues they may be facing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and enjoys interacting with customers daily.

Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative:
• Deals with customers over the phone and electronically
• Responds promptly to customers inquiries
• Knows our service inside and out and will provide correct and insightful information to customer
• Processes orders, forms, and applications
• Sets up accounts and manages accounts
• Ensures customer satisfaction and provides professional support
• Will coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure fast customer solutions
• Will track all customer interactions using our date base
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft products
• Strong attention to detail
• Can work in a fast pace environment
