Time & Labor Analyst

Job Title: Time & Labor Analyst

A Global organization with a location Southfield, MI is looking for a Time & Labor Analyst to support their Payroll and HRIS teams. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience within Kronos Workforce Central or ADP time. Responsibilities:


  • Run cyclical time and labor reports as needed
  • Provide labor utilization reports for documentation, decision making, and compliance
  • Balance timekeeping between two payroll systems to ensure accuracy and data integrity
  • Support ADP eTime for hourly and salary workforce
  • Create and Maintain documentation to support the systems configuration and changes
  • Set up rules in system to maintain adherence to Federal and State laws.
  • Assist with the prep, configuration, and training on any changes
  • Participate in weekly and bi-weekly payroll cycles to ensure that all time and labor is process accurately
  • Process time adjustment forms
  • Must be able to understand, follow, and ensure compliance of all state and Federal laws regarding time and labor


Skills:


  • Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., formulas such as V-lookup, graphs and pivot tables) required
  • Must be able to prioritize deadlines
  • Knowledgeable in Kronos or ADP eTime
  • Ability to enter data into a system accurately
  •  


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related Degree preferred, but not required
  • 5+ years experience with Kronos Workforce Central or ADP eTime required
  • Experience in SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors preferred
  • 3 years experience supporting Payroll required
  • Past experience working in large companies preferred
  • Must be comfortable learning new technology as systems change/become more advanced


Work Hours:


  • Monday - Friday
  • 8 AM to 5 PM
  • Hybrid Schedule (2 days at home)
