Time & Labor Analyst

A Global organization with a location Southfield, MI is looking for a Time & Labor Analyst to support their Payroll and HRIS teams. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience within Kronos Workforce Central or ADP time. Responsibilities:
- Run cyclical time and labor reports as needed
- Provide labor utilization reports for documentation, decision making, and compliance
- Balance timekeeping between two payroll systems to ensure accuracy and data integrity
- Support ADP eTime for hourly and salary workforce
- Create and Maintain documentation to support the systems configuration and changes
- Set up rules in system to maintain adherence to Federal and State laws.
- Assist with the prep, configuration, and training on any changes
- Participate in weekly and bi-weekly payroll cycles to ensure that all time and labor is process accurately
- Process time adjustment forms
- Must be able to understand, follow, and ensure compliance of all state and Federal laws regarding time and labor
Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., formulas such as V-lookup, graphs and pivot tables) required
- Must be able to prioritize deadlines
- Knowledgeable in Kronos or ADP eTime
- Ability to enter data into a system accurately
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related Degree preferred, but not required
- 5+ years experience with Kronos Workforce Central or ADP eTime required
- Experience in SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors preferred
- 3 years experience supporting Payroll required
- Past experience working in large companies preferred
- Must be comfortable learning new technology as systems change/become more advanced
Work Hours:
- Monday - Friday
- 8 AM to 5 PM
- Hybrid Schedule (2 days at home)
