POSITION: Customer/Sales Success Manager (Sales/Delivery Support)

SALARY: 90-100K + Bonus
DEGREE:   Strongly Preferred
EXPERIENCE:  3-5+ Years Experience supporting customers being a liaison between account sales, distribution, and customers.

General Description


The Manager oversees the insides sales and customer team supporting the company’s overall delivery to the customer. . This position pulls together the many facets of the sales process to ensure execution and customer satisfaction. Ultimately, you are the link between the sales team, delivery and the end customer. You are also responsible for overseeing our broker partnership and ensuring that all goals, strategies and opportunities are communicated, supported and tracked accordingly. This role thrives on driving sales/business development, building strong relationships, systems creation and management and team engagement. This is a dynamic position requiring the ability to focus on ongoing goals, objectives and management of the details associated with day to day retail sales overall and business development. You will work closely with the Director, your direct reports, the Conventional account managers/regional sales managers. As a Customer Experience Director, you will be part of a highly engaged, high performing, collaborative and fun sales team. Liaison between sales teams (and the customers they call on) that support the company initiatives.

Establish KPI’s and reporting methods for street team to ensure objectives and goals are clear and are being met.

Grow sales volume and brand penetration for products in designated retailers by supporting key account programs (set up by the sales team) and by overseeing independent retailer initiatives, including distribution gains, promotional planning/events and general store support (i.e. swag, merchandising needs, etc.) .

Create and oversee systems and processes that seamlessly connect the different teams you will be managing and supporting.

Develop, implement and track the plan for our broker partner based on established revenue goals and company objectives.

Regular meetings (as business demands) with our broker partner.

Manage broker relationships and contacts

Oversee store takeover events to ensure all parties are aligned, timelines are adhered to and goals are met.

Budgeting for our full portfolio of brands and products at all independent accounts that are covered by the account managers and inside sales teams.

Communicate results from all distributor meetings and/or dialog to the appropriate sales teams/member regarding issues, successes or other relevant information.

Attend takeover events, trade shows and team meetings as needed.

Meet or exceed all departmental deadlines.

Develop demand forecasts by region/channel and provide weekly and quarterly sales updates to Sales Director and Sales Leadership Team

Other duties as assigned by the organization


3-5 years inside customer services and sales support background

Experience at having successfully developed and expanded support in Consumer Products and/or Food & Beverage.

Ability to collaborate and think entrepreneurially

Must understand the trends within your responsibilities; including who the competitors are, competitive pricing, and market trends.

Recognized ability to successfully grow sales revenue and strong customer satisfaction that align with the company’s goals, aspirations and strategies.

Ability to create and manage forecast, budget and sale plan for assigned accounts in an expanding market.
