In addition to LB Steak, Passot and Guillon oversee the three Left Bank Brasseries throughout the Bay Area. Chef de Cuisine Chris Joslyn executes LB Steak signature dishes such as the 20-oz. Porterhouse with Traditional Béarnaise Sauce and the Rossini Foie Gras Burger, as well as a wide selection of fresh seafood, chops, salads and side dishes.
