I.     Primary Function

To assist with various administrative functions. 

II.    Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
  • Interact with Corporate office including the legal department
  • Scan documents
  • Order business cards and printed letterhead
  • Process orders
  • Assist the department in the coordination of events
  • Order various promotional items for marketing purposes
  • Assist the department in mailings
  • Assist Regional Managers, Branch Managers/Sales employees with various projects
  • Process all related invoices and code them for proper allocation
  • Performs other duties as assigned

III.  Professional Skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and proficient in Excel.
  • Ability to interact tactfully and effectively with all levels of management
  • Written and oral communication abilities
  • Personable and pleasant telephone skills a must

IV.  Experience

  • Previous experience in an office environment
  • Experience with MS office
