Hotel Staff Bilingual Position available English/Spanish

FRONT OFFICE AGENT - Must have a flexible schedule. Responsible for checking in & out of guests, handle guests requests and act as a concierge. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods and the ability to multi-task and have a team player attitude. Must have a customer service background and excellent verbal/written communication skills. GEAC/GALAXY computer knowledge preferred.

GUEST SERVICES AGENT - Must be flexible with schedule. Responsible for answering phone calls from internal/ external guests, assist guest with requests, and take room service orders. Communication skills have good telephone etiquette.

MAINTENANCE - Person must have a minimum of 2 years experience and basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and small appliances. Perform general maintenance work to ensure hotel maintenance quality and safety standards are achieved and maintained. Perform preventive maintenance on major equipment and systems. Must be flexible with
scheduling. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 200 lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods and be able to multitask.
