This role is accountable for defining and driving the HR transformation across all US Plant operations. Responsibilities :Defining and driving progressive people strategy to include:  talent management, development, and planning, culture and engagement, change management, communication and Labor Relations.  Will be an active leader across the operations, supporting across a wide range of plants, requiring active coaching of business leaders to enable business transformation. Primary Responsibilities:.Partners with VP Operations on strategic priorities, including talent management, pipeline management, succession planning and Labor Relations..Develops a highly progressive growth culture that enables higher employee engagement and better business performance. 
.Creates and implements Talent Management strategy,.Leads the Labor Relations strategy across all Plants in coordination with Supply Chain Labor Relations team and HR Business Leaders in each site..Leads the Change Management(TPM and LEAN) strategy and planning to support both change and transformation across plants. Manages directly all Plant HR Managers, and responsible for all US plants and External Manufacturing.

Qualifications:1.Bachelor’s Degree required /Master’s Degree preferred2.Minimum of 15 years of broad HR career experience across multiple functional areas but with strong experience in Supply Chain /manufacturing, and having come up through the plants, having hands on experience as a plant HR manager (5-10 years)3.Experience leading the labor relations strategy and working in unionized environments in the US4.Proven experience influencing business partners with the ability to create and then implement 5. Must have experience out of a Fortune 500 CPG or FOOD manufacturing company, that has gone through a major transition or transformation across their operations/ utilizing TPM and Lean / culture change, plant transformations, etc. 6. Corporate level HR Leadership overseeing all HR plant leadership across several plants (3-5 years)
