Synergy is looking to fill 5 entry-level positions in Customer Service! We have recently expanded from the NYC area and are offering roles for immediate hire. When someone joins Synergy, they are always impressed by the dynamic and upbeat environment we have cultivated. We’ve had a lot of experience over the years working with our clients as an extension of their leadership team, advising on bigger-picture brand strategy, marketing technology, and best practices from other markets. This position would be responsible for assisting the day-to-day operations in managing the team’s performance, create strategies to generate sales leads, and drive revenue for the company.


Day to Day:

  • Assist potential customers with their questions about our services with a professional demeanor

  • Operate every day with urgency, compassion, and giving the customer the best experience they can get

  • Create solutions & be a problem solver

  • Manage and service existing customer relationships

  • Provide support and assistance when needed in all departments who work with the Customer Service team

  • Be able to identify problems, troubleshoot, and escalate problems to our compliance and management team



Job Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Must be organized and able to multi-task

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Show excellent customer service skills in the office and working in the field with potential customers

  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Bilingual is preferred, but not required

  • Show engagement and participation in daily team building activities and training when needed
