Admin/Clerical - Administrative Assistant

Location: New York; This is a currently full time work from home position. Once the COMPANY offices reopen in it may be necessary for this person to occasionally visit the New York office located at 10 Hudson Yards.

The role would be support for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) area (a sub-department of Corporate Comms) and Corporate Comms. Ideally this person would have basic admin skills (such as scheduling etc) to allow them to be a “floating” admin across Corporate Comms. It would be greatly preferred if they have an accounts payable background and or familiarity and reporting knowledge.

Examples of some of the responsibilities they would engage in on behalf of CSR/Corporate COMMS would be:
Invoice processing, management and follow-up with vendors to ensure payments are received
Purchase order / requisition processing, management
Setting up new vendor profiles in the system for payment
Accounts payable inquiries from vendors
Reporting (Monthly/Quarterly) for organizational benefits/programs
Scheduling
