a. Flat/Oven – Baking various items, help replenish front line and back line throughout shift, prep work.
b. Back Line Expo – Responsible for correct packaging of all food that leaves store (take out/drive thru) – must be able to communicate effectively with cashiers and line cooks.
c. Fry – Responsible for the preparation and cooking of all fried items
d. Wood Fire Grill – Responsible for the preparation and cooking of all grilled items – must be able to monitor product on a wood fire grill.
e. Front Line Expo – Responsible for the preparation and plating of all dine in food – must be able to effectively communicate with other line cooks to ensure order timeliness.
f. Dishwasher – responsible for dish washing and cleanliness of dish area – minimal prep work may be required
g. Pit – Responsible for preparation and cooking of all smoked meats – must be able to effectively communicate with management – will be cooking with a hickory wood fire smoker
