A lively and casual dining experience, Rock Bottom at the Promenade Shops at Centerra features fresh, handcrafted beers brewed on the premises and an ever-changing and innovative menu boasting everything from traditional Buffalo-style chicken wings to our new beer-brined, double bone-in pork chop. We brew beers that range in style from dark, malty Ales to sweet, light Lagers and anything and everything in between. All of our beers are carefully handcrafted by our Brewmaster, Dave Peacock right here in our own onsite brewery. Dave is proud to have a Pastry/Baking Degree from The Culinary Institute of America and a Boulangerie Certificate from Le Ecole Lenotre.
