Children Youth and Family Collaborative (CYFC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering and supporting foster and at-risk youth. With a focus on education and collaboration, CYFC provides intensive academic assistance and comprehensive pre- and post-emancipation support to help these youth succeed and break the cycle of neglect and abuse. CYFC operates directly on the campuses of schools with high populations of foster and at-risk youth, transforming underperforming schools into centers of excellence. The organization believes in the potential of every student and works tirelessly to close the achievement gap for foster youth. Through innovative programs and dedicated staff, CYFC is creating change and transforming the lives of the children and youth it serves. Supported by corporate and foundation grants, government funding, and individual donors, CYFC is making a tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable youth in our community.
