Primary Responsibility / Summary

Performs grounds and landscape maintenance at multiple Company and contract locations, and drives to work sites. Goodwill Southern California greatly values our employees’ health and well-being. Per company Policy, all our employees are required to be fully vaccinated for Covid 19.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Performs grounds/landscape maintenance services in a professional manner, providing neat, attractive appearance; duties include lawn care, planting, weeding, trimming, and irrigation repairs.
  2. Maintains all landscape equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established operating procedures.
  3. Maintains landscape supply inventory, anticipating needed supplies and notify supervisor when supply order is needed, to avoid delays in performing service.
  4. Interacts cooperatively with customers.
  5. Works cooperatively with team members, to accomplish duties in the most efficient, effective manner.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Performs other grounds maintenance related duties as assigned by supervisor.
