Rubio's Coastal Grill is a Baja-inspired restaurant that offers delicious fish tacos and more. They pride themselves on their responsibly sourced, wild-caught Langostino Lobster, which is served atop citrus rice, black beans, and romaine. The dish is then topped with guacamole, salsa fresca, creamy chipotle sauce, and a grilled lemon wedge. They also offer a side of drawn garlic herb butter and two warm flour tortillas. In addition to their menu offerings, Rubio's also provides catering services for a variety of events, from game-day watch parties to large corporate meetings. They have recently launched a new and improved mobile app that allows customers to earn and redeem rewards for free food, customize menu items, and receive special challenges to earn points. They are also opening a new flagship location in Oceanside in January, inspired by their Baja roots.
