St. John's Well Child and Family Center is a community health organization that operates health clinics in Los Angeles, California. They provide comprehensive medical services, including mental health, dental, pediatric, women's health, and substance use services. Their mission is to improve community health and reduce health disparities by offering high-quality healthcare to low-income, uninsured, and under-insured individuals. St. John's is committed to health equity and offers a range of patient programs, including re-entry programs, case management, HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C services, transgender health programs, and more. They are expanding their services and will be opening a new health center in San Bernardino in 2024. Additionally, St. John's recently opened an optometry service with a prescription lens boutique at their S. Mark Taper Foundation Health Center. They also have a dedicated program, Committed to Black Wellness and Health (CBWH), aimed at improving the health and quality of life of Black expectant/new mothers and babies. Donations to St. John's Community Health directly support the health and well-being of families in South Los Angeles and beyond.
