MORTGAGE Customer Service Representative II (04-001)
Strongbridge is seeking experienced mortgage professionals to join our team of Customer Service Representatives in our dynamic call center located in Indianapolis, IN! Our representatives play an important role in the mortgage industry and work with lenders, banking/mortgage institutions and consumers to answer questions and provide important information about HUD FHA mortgages.
Potential candidates MUST be able to pass a standard background AND CREDIT check.
Shifts include: 11:00AM - 7:30PM or 11:45AM - 8:15PM.
CSR II: $15.92/per hour + $4.27*/per hour for each hour PAID each month (potential to earn $20.19/hour)
*$4.27/hour is a Health & Welfare stipend which can be used to purchase employer provided benefits including health, dental, and vision OR can be included with employee pay EACH MONTH!! H&W stipend is capped at $738.71/month.
VACATION: 2 weeks paid vacation for zero – 5 years of service, 3 weeks after 5 years of service, 4 weeks after 15 years of service, and 5 weeks after 30 years of service.
HOLIDAYS: 10 paid holidays including: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr’s Birthday, Washington’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans’ Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
(A contractor may substitute for any of the named holidays another day off with pay in accordance with a plan communicated to the employees involved.) (See 29 CFR 4174)
Minimum experience requirements include:
Three - five years of residential mortgage finance experience with loan origination experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of FHA home mortgage programs and mortgage finance terminology
Two - four years of college or equivalent work experience
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills
Two years of customer service experience or contact/call center experience
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze and solve problems
Ability to manage time effectively
Ability to effectively navigate a computer Customer Relationship Management application, related websites and support tools
