The Nelore Concept
At Nelore Churrascaria, the dining experience is centered on our traditional Brazilian hospitality. It all starts with the authentic, Brazilian staff. From the greeters to the servers, that hospitality is first nature!
As you are seated, you will notice a few things. First, you'll notice the gauchos roaming around the dining room. "Gaucho" is the name given to Brazilian cowboys that have been roasting meat over open flames for centuries. Our gauchos will be there to slice your share of any of the 15 cuts of premier beef, chicken, pork right from their skewers.
The next thing you'll notice is a little round puck at each place setting. One side is red and one side is green. To keep the food coming, just flip the disk to green and a gaucho will arrive to offer you more. Or you can flip it back to red and take your time to enjoy and savor your meal at your own pace.
