We are looking for a Customer Service and Operations Support Representative to:
- Record confidential customer information accurately within our customer database
- Act as the face of the brand ensuring each customer has a positive experience
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Communicate with the customer service and sales management team regarding customer requests and concerns
- Interact with potential or existing customers, enter orders, and perform a variety of additional activities to facilitate excellent customer relationships supporting sales operations
- Maintain professional communication with customers and team members while using cross-functional company resources and sales tools
We are looking for a Customer Service and Operations Support Representative to have:
- A degree in Operations Management, Business, Communications or related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, operations support, or sales
- Excellent listening skills and a strong customer focus
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and detail-oriented with excellent data entry skills
- Exceptional conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to address complaints and resolve conflict in a professional and decisive manner
