Field Service Technician

The candidate will complete desktop configurations, installations and upgrades of personal computer hardware and software, and perform preventative maintenance, provide software and operating system support on all versions of Windows. The candidate must have field service background and customer service skills. Also must have solid technical skills, good communication skills and the desire to be a part of growing and exciting team.

Customer Service Skills:

Experience in working with non-technical customers and setting them at ease

Detail oriented

Proactive in problem solving

Enjoys working with small and medium size businesses

Duties Include:

Onsite computer solutions for Windows-based PCs and Apple computers

Network installation and maintenance (wired, wireless, LAN, WAN)

Data recovery and loss prevention

Virus protection and Spyware/Adware removal

Computer security enhancement

PC Hardware and software fault isolation and repair

System repair and upgrades

Software upgrade and installation

One-on-one training

Skills & Experience:

2-5 years of experience with Windows-based PCs (Win7, Win8, Win10)

Strong knowledge of PC troubleshooting and repair, both hardware and software

Professional, high-energy, customer-oriented work ethic

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Must be willing to submit to mandatory background check
