Customer Service Specialist

Healthcare organization in Bothell is currently seeking a full-time customer service specialist. Ideally we are seeking candidates with 1+ years of customer service/call center experience who are hands-on, capable of picking up on new things quickly, and exude a professional level of communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • As part of the customer service team, respond to phone calls and emails.

  • Produce and copy materials for projects, conferences, and clients

  • Prepare shipping labels for packages

  • Log payments into the customer database

  • Filing, faxing, scanning documents

  • Utilization of MS Office, including Excel, to maintain reports


  • Bachelor's degree preferred, H/S Diploma Required

  • 1+ years of customer services experience

  • Some administrative/office experience desired

  • Must be detail-oriented and communicate effectively

  • Must be proficient with MS Office
