Customer Service Specialist
Healthcare organization in Bothell is currently seeking a full-time customer service specialist. Ideally we are seeking candidates with 1+ years of customer service/call center experience who are hands-on, capable of picking up on new things quickly, and exude a professional level of communication skills.
As part of the customer service team, respond to phone calls and emails.
Produce and copy materials for projects, conferences, and clients
Prepare shipping labels for packages
Log payments into the customer database
Filing, faxing, scanning documents
Utilization of MS Office, including Excel, to maintain reports
Bachelor's degree preferred, H/S Diploma Required
1+ years of customer services experience
Some administrative/office experience desired
Must be detail-oriented and communicate effectively
Must be proficient with MS Office
