Prior to opening Da Vinci Ristorante in 2007, Chef Peppino earned acclaim during a decade spent at the helm of Waltham’s esteemed La Campania. Since his days at La Campania, Peppino has had the honor of marveling guests at the prestigious James Beard House in New York City.
