    I Love Kickboxing

    I love this workout! It is hands down the best exercise class I have taken. It always keeps you on your feet and your body never gets used to the routine. It is a good balance between strength training, toning, high impact cardio and improving flexibility. Everyone is very supportive and encouraging too. I would recommend this to anyone; it is well suited for individuals on all fitness levels.
