Position Description:Provide guests with general information regarding hotel, amenities, and special events. Operate hotel reservation system (LMS) and access computerized Casino Management (CMS) tracking system with the use of the Revenue Management System (ARMS) to make reservations for customers over the phone. Work with Marketing on special event reservations.Position Requirements:Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to efficiently and effectively work in a fast-paced environment. This position involves multi-tasking with a heavy volume of incoming phone calls, faxes, and emails. Must be able to use various job-related equipment including but not limited to telephones, fax machines, copy machines, and computers. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
