The Maryland State Fair is the annual state fair for the state of Maryland. It is held at the Maryland State Fairgrounds located near the intersection of York and Timonium roads in Timonium. No other event provides so much food, fun & family entertainment for such a good price! Tame and thrilling rides and games; traditional fair & local farm fresh food; thousands of livestock, horse, farm and garden and home arts exhibits, live thoroughbred horse racing, live national and local concerts, and much more!

ADMISSION: Adult admission $8, Senior admission (62 & over) $6, Children (6 to 11) $3, children 5 and under are admitted FREE (Rides are not included). Rides are not included. Rides are individually priced. A ticket is required for all persons aged 3 and over for concerts held in the Racetrack Infield and fair admission is NOT included with concert tickets.
ADVANCE TICKET DISCOUNTS: Fare better by purchasing in advance a $100 minimum of any combination of Fair Admission, Ride Wristband and/or Food Coupons no later than Friday, August 21st, 2015.

Livestock and Horse Shows: Everyday starting at 9AM
Demonstration and Exhibit Halls: Fridays through Sundays & Labor Day Monday from 10am to 10PM and Weekdays 12Noon to 10PM
Main Midway Hours: Fridays through Sundays & Labor Day Monday from 10am to 10PM and Weekdays 2PM to Close
Kiddie Land Rides Area Hours: Fridays through Sundays & Labor Day Monday from 10am to 10PM and Weekdays 12Noon to 10PM
PARKING: Limited parking is available on the Fairgrounds for $5. Free parking is available at the Park and Ride location on Deereco Road west of the Fairgrounds. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Handicapped parking is available. Please see the fairgrounds parkers, and they will direct you to the appropriate and closest handicapped parking area. Because convenient parking is limited, we encourage the use of the Light Rail
