Central American Resource Center (CARECEN) is the largest Central American organization in the United States, providing low-cost immigration legal services and advocating for the rights of immigrants. With over 35 years of experience, CARECEN offers programs for immigrant integration, education reform, workers' rights, and civic participation. They strive to fight and change unjust immigration policies, and their impact is evident in the 120+ individuals they serve daily at their Day Labor Center and the 25,000 people who receive their services each year. CARECEN has three legal offices located in Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley, and San Bernardino. Through their dedication to welcoming refugee families with dignity and offering high-quality, affordable legal services, CARECEN aims to end family detention and deportation. To support their work and stay informed about their latest news and events, individuals can subscribe to their newsletter and consider making a donation.
