Our Chef, Rachelle Slotnick, is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. As a lover of food and fashion, she started Northwest Fresh Catering while working as a private chef to elite clients in Washington DC?s Northwest region. She has spent years working in upscale hotels and restaurants earning valuable skills ranging from executive pastry chef to head butcher. Her resume boasts several 5-star Restaurants and a famous Manhattan Michelin starred restaurant and museum.
